Please help me find the name of this song?

One of the jazz cles at my dance studio is dancing to this song... I only know one part and it goes "i can be sweet (she drags it out like sweeeeeet) when you get to know me" and its very upbeat and jazzy. And other things like "its my world" and "i got my gun". I can hear it in my head but thats all I remember! any help?
