Exercise Plan: Can someone (like a pro) help me with this?

Are you more concerned with the actual weight or is it maybe you just want to tone what you have? Toning will help you lose some inches and can, in turn, cause some drop in weight. If that's what you want, do some weights. Light to medium is fine and focus on slow, concentrated movements. You can get 5lb dumbbells at Wal-mart. You should also include some stretching one day and make sure to have a rest day as well for the week. Your body needs time to recover. I'm 5'4" and at that age, I was ranging from 105-110 and people commented on how much better I looked after gaining another 5lbs. I'm thinking you would be happier focusing on toning. Also, don't forget to check your diet. Eat clean (non-processed) foods. Going below 1200 calories a day is not recommended even while trying to lose weight. Your body will adapt if you try to starve it and it will hold onto all the fat stores it can while deteriorating your muscles to get nutrients. Have 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 healthy snacks...each 2-3 hours apart. Eating within an hour of waking up also kickstarts your metabolism. If you can sneak in about 30 minutes of cardio and then eat, you will see a change just with that.
