I cannot figure out this song. Contains a dance beat, sax, and is currently popular.?

So I heard this song the other day on an alternative rock radio station, that basically plays the popular hits. This song came on that was kind of like a dance beat. I didn't pay attention to the lyrics, if there were even any, I can't remember. If there were lyrics, for some reason I want to say it was in a foreign language. All I do remember is that there was this saxophone lick in it that was kind of jazzy and ended in a chord. This happened a few times throughout the song and I believe the song ended this way as well. It is not a jazz song, though. It is definitely a dance-type song. Any suggestions? Like I said, it is probably a newer song since it is on a popular hit's station.
