Jazz songs similar to Jay-Z beats?

I am a huge of the more jazzier, clier, and soulful hip-hop and have been a big fan of Jay-Z, Common, and Talib because of this. I was hoping if there was anyone who could suggest more hip-hop songs like this or even better, actual jazz artists that play in a similar fashion to songs such as "Say Hello", "Party Life", "Fallin", and "Roc Boys" all by Jay. Really just cool sounding jazz songs that would sound similar to these songs. Thank you.
